The Systems Engineer is responsible for ongoing support, maintenance, debugging and enhancements for the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll module. Provide expert level Payroll functional knowledge while supporting and enhancing the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll system. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to build complex data extraction processes using SQL and technical integration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the US and Mexico payroll processes that are running in the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environment.
- Changing and enhancing the Oracle Fusion Cloud payroll configurations and processes.
- Deep working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud payroll processes, configurations, and fast formulas.
- Ability to research and resolve Payroll configuration and technical issues quickly

Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Information Technology or related field required
· Typically requires 4-7 years of demonstrated experience
· 2+ years of experience Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll
· Experience deploying capabilities for large service-driven organizations
· Strong technical, analytical and communication skills along with a team-oriented attitude
