• Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc.

• Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate

• Lining up of candidates for Interview

• Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline

• Managing the online job postings, social media presence etc.

• For the initial 6 months the sucessful associates will be paid a salary of INR 20 K per month (inclusive of benefits)
• Post successful completion of training the candidate can expect a permanent job offer for salary up to INR 4.2 lacs per annum* (inclusive of retiral benefits & performance based incentives)
