Internship – Content and Social Media Marketing

Role Context

We are undertaking a structured revamp of our website to enhance positioning, user experience, and feature performance. Alongside, we aim to strengthen our digital presence through sharper LinkedIn content management.
We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused intern who can operate at the intersection of website operations, feature testing, and digital brand communication. This role goes beyond routine content updates it requires analytical thinking, structured documentation, and a strong sense of digital positioning.

Key Responsibilities
1 Website Revamp & Optimization
2 Support end-to-end website updates including content refinement, structure alignment, and UX consistency
3 Conduct structured feature testing and user-flow validation
4 Identify gaps in functionality, messaging, and conversion journeys
5 Document observations and recommend improvements from a user and business perspective
6 Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate implementation
7 Digital Positioning & LinkedIn Management
8 Assist in planning and executing high-quality LinkedIn content aligned to brand strategy
9 Draft, refine, and optimize posts for engagement and positioning
10 Track engagement metrics and analyze content performance trends
11 Support thought leadership positioning through structured content themes
12 Documentation & Reporting
13 Maintain detailed logs of website changes, testing reports, and content calendars
14 Provide weekly summary insights with actionable recommendations

3. are available for duration of 2 months

Other requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

Pursuing or recently completed BBA / BCA / MBA / Engineering

Strong analytical and structured thinking ability

Excellent written communication with clarity and precision

Comfortable working with websites, CMS platforms, and digital tools

Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline

Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment

Interest in digital strategy, product thinking, and brand positioning
